About me

Hi! I am Amelia Lina Mouton, a certified Rolfer®, born and raised here in Ft. Collins, CO. Formerly head chef and co-owner of Restaurant 415, the ownership group was ready for new adventures so we sold in 2018. After some soul searching I realized what I loved about 415 was nourishing people and working with my hands, so I made the transition into Rolfing®. I went to the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute and fell in love with the process of helping people feel at ease in their bodies. After experiencing a traumatic brain injury in 2014, I found a Rolfer who helped me feel safe and balanced in my body again and now I am grateful to be able to help others to also find safety and comfort in their bodies.
